Food Factory Pure Water Equipment

Description:

Reverse osmosis system is the core component of the whole water purification system, and only through reverse osmosis can the standard of water purification be reached. Reverse osmosis systems mainly use membrane filtration processes, and then water molecules can pass through the reverse osmosis membrane. Other ions such as calcium, magnesium, and sodium are discharged along with the wastewater.

Components of purified water equipment for food plants:

1. Precision filter: mainly filters large particle molecules in water.

2. Special high-pressure pump: provide strong power for reverse osmosis equipment.

3. Reverse osmosis membrane: membrane filtration technology is used. The purpose of purifying water is to allow water molecules to pass through and some other ions cannot pass through.

Treatment process of purified water equipment in food factory:

1. The equipment can realize automatic operation, and the equipment will automatically stop running after the pure water storage tank is fully loaded. There is a liquid level float valve in each water tank, which protects the pumps at all levels by controlling the liquid level and controls the operation status of each part of the system.

2. The system is relatively reasonable, with perfect RO pre-treatment, and the corresponding RO pure water post-treatment can be done according to customer needs to meet the needs of different quality RO pure water.

3. The number of filter materials and reverse osmosis membranes required for treatment at all levels of the equipment is strictly calculated according to the basic requirements of customers, and a reasonable RO configuration is strictly calculated. Maintain RO good operation.

Other industries that can be applied to pure water equipment:

1. Water in the pharmaceutical industry: infusion, injection, tablet, biochemical products, equipment cleaning, etc.; 2. Process water in the chemical industry: chemical circulating water, chemical liquid preparation, chemical product manufacturing, etc.; 3. Boiler make-up water in the power industry: thermal power generation boilers, low-pressure boiler power systems for factories and mines; 4. Water for food industry: drinking pure water, beverages, beer, liquor, etc.; 5. Drinking pure water: real estate properties, communities, enterprises and institutions, etc.; 6. Other process water: automobiles, home appliance coating, fine chemicals, etc.
